Mike Fleiss

Mike Fleiss is one of the creators of At First Sight. Mr. Fleiss is the founder of Next Entertainment, and the creator of some of the most innovative and enduring programs in reality television.

He has created more than 1,000 hours of prime time programming, including dozens of original series. Mr. Fleiss is the executive producer of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, which together have produced 26 seasons, as well as the spinoff program Bachelor Pad. In addition to his extensive experience in television, Mr. Fleiss has produced successful films including The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Hostel, and directed the documentary God Bless.


Chris Harrison

Chris Harrison is one of the creators of At First Sight. Mr. Harrison is best known as the host of television's The Bachelor, which he has been a part of since its inception in 2002, as well as The Bachelorette and Bachelor Pad.

His other hosting credits include HGTV's Designer's Challenge, and a variety of live events including The Citrus Bowl Parade and The Miss America Pageant. Mr. Harrison also has a background in sports broadcasting, and holds a BA in Mass Communication from Oklahoma City University.


Cheyenne Ehrlich

Cheyenne J. Ehrlich is a founder of Perceptual Networks. He is responsible for the strategic growth of the company, including corporate and business development and oversees the company’s marketing and jointly oversees product development.

Mr. Ehrlich was previously the founder of several technology companies, including Clickthebutton, Link Relay Communications, MyBetterPC, Specialty Retail Shops and others. In these capacities, Mr. Ehrlich has raised tens of millions of dollars in capital, built businesses from launch to more than 30 million users (twice) and has developed co-branded or private labeled products for numerous well-known brands, including Intuit, AOL, eBay and others. Mr. Ehrlich has a degree in computer science from Vassar College.


Jim Young

Jim S. Young, Ph.D is a founder of Perceptual Networks. Dr. Young oversees the company’s technology development and jointly oversees product development.

Dr. Young previously was co-founder, CTO and CEO of HotOrNot.com. In this capacity, he singlehandedly scaled a web property from launch to being a top 25 web property in less than three months, and was responsible for one of the earliest large scale deployments of the LAMP architecture. Dr. Young also was a founding partner at I/O Ventures, a startup accelerator in San Francisco. He holds a doctorate in EE/CS from the University of California at Berkeley and is a board member of the Berkeley Engineering Fund.
